Unlike dissolution or divorce, which terminate valid marriages, annulment ends a marriage that was never legally valid. While Ohio law does not allow a marriage to be annulled simply because you were not married very long, common grounds for annulment include lack of capacity to marry, fraud, duress, an underage spouse, criminal conviction precluding marriage, failure to consummate the marriage, and bigamy. With more than a decade of experience on our side, we will thoroughly evaluate your situation and determine if your marriage meets the Ohio guidelines for an an annulment.
